Our Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer **free 5-7 day shipping** for all orders over **£500**. This applies to deliveries within England.
Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales will be chargeable at standard rates mentioned below.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates. Please note that all times and dates are estimates only.

Important Notes & Restrictions
- For EU and UK consumers, deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- For larger pallet deliveries or tiles, please provide us with your address via email if it is not accessible for larger vehicles (more than a Long Wheel Base). If a delivery fails due to this, you will be liable for the delivery charge.
- For any deliveries outside of England or over 1100KG, please email us before placing your order.
- We do not offer international shipping.
What Happens if My Order is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
